Initial Appointment
This appointment allows for comprehensive mental health evaluation and individualized treatment planning. Some pre-intake history gathering will occur prior to initial appointment.
Return Appointments
Treatment management. Typically occurring between 12 and 6 times per year, and may be more often initially while working on stabilization.

Out-of-network service: I am an out-of-network service provider. A superbill for service can be provided, which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement although no guarantee can be made about reimbursement and payment is due at time of service.
