practiceQ patient portal access and navigation
accessing the practice portal:

don't have an account link:​ if you have not ever accessed the practice portal, start with the "don't have an account link" below the "sign in" button​.

correct email address: when you click the link to the practice portal you will be taken to a page where you are prompted to enter your email address and password. please be sure to use the same email address that you provided when filling out intake forms.​

forgot password: if you are struggling to login, use the forgot password link.

​to schedule an appointment:

on the top right of the screen you should see this:
-
click on "book" which will take you to the schedule where you can select from available locations for appointments.

select from the appropriate appointment type. if you have not ever met with anyone in the practice, you are a new patient. otherwise you are an established patient. select the time that works for you and you will be taken to a screen with your information which asks if you would like an appointment reminder and how you would like that delivered. please also add any notes think are relevant, then press "continue" in the bottom right and then "confirm request".

messages:​ on the left hand side of the web page, you should see a navigation bar. click on the "messages" link to access the secure messaging platform. we encourage all communication with the practice go through the portal.

forms: this is where you can complete forms sent to you by the practice.

journals: this feature is rarely used at this point but may be where you submit journal entries.

invoices: here you can view all of your invoices for services provided. you may also download a "superbill" if you have are "self-pay". don't know what these terms mean? head over to the costs section for more information.

appointments: shows current and past scheduled appointments.

prescriptions: shows prescriptions written for you by the practice.

credit cards: where you can add a new credit card and delete the old ones.

signature requests, shared documents, packages: not in use at this time.
